GROWER/FARM/FIELD DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY POLICY
Growers, crop consultants, retail outlets, and others can collect vast quantities of Grower/Farm/Field specific data, and there are a lot of benefits that can be derived by utilizing and analyzing this information. During our relationship and interactions together, NuWay-K&H Cooperative representatives may collect information that you or your affiliates choose to submit to us in order to meet your needs and provide you with a higher level of service and support. NuWay-K&H Cooperative respects your concerns about data privacy, and will utilize all reasonable measures and precautions necessary in order to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the information that you provide to us.
Data Uses – By submitting data to NuWay-K&H Cooperative, you are granting permission for NuWay-K&H Cooperative to use your data and information in the following manner:
- NuWay-K&H Cooperative may use information that you or your affiliates submit to us to provide you with a specific product or service that you request
- NuWay-K&H Cooperative may use information that you or your affiliates submit to us for developing and improving the products and services that we offer, and to provide you and other clients information about those products and services
- NuWay-K&H Cooperative may use information that you or your affiliates submit to us in order to present and publish results pertaining to production practices and/or trial work, however, data will be presented in an anonymous format and at no time will we disclose your name, field location, field images, or any other Grower/Farm/Field identity specific information without your prior consent.
- NuWay-K&H Cooperative may aggregate information that you or your affiliates submit to us with other grower’s information in order to present and publish results pertaining to production practices and/or trial work, however, data will be presented in an anonymous format and at no time will we disclose your name, field location, field images, or any other Grower/Farm/Field identity specific information without your prior consent.
Onward Transfer of Data – By submitting data to NuWay-K&H Cooperative, NuWay-K&H will protect your data and information from onward transfer and will not forward any raw data or processed data containing
Grower/Farm/Field identity specific information to another party that is not affiliated with NuWay-K&H Cooperative without your prior consent.
