NuWay-K&H Energy Account Managers
As your Energy Account Managers, we want to help you head into fall with confidence. The key to avoiding delays and last-minute issues is simple: a little planning now can go a long way.
First, we encourage you to top off your diesel and propane tanks. Whether you’re preparing for dryer season or looking to stay ahead of colder weather, filling your tanks early ensures you’re ready when demand increases. Don’t forget about DEF. We offer Diesel Exhaust Fluid in jugs, drums, or bulk, with farm delivery available. Whatever fits your operation, we have a solution.
Please also take a moment to check the area around your tanks. In some cases, equipment, weeds, or debris can make it difficult for our drivers to access your tanks. Even if you haven’t used them in a while, clearing the area now will help ensure a smooth delivery when the time comes.
We’ve also seen some issues with tank monitors and float systems, including stuck sensors or cable malfunctions. If something doesn’t seem right, or if your tank appears to be running low, reach out to us. It’s always better to confirm with your Energy Account Manager than risk a supply interruption.
If you’re considering additional on-site fuel storage, we’d be happy to help. Adding AFD (Automated Fuel Delivery) can give you more flexibility and security heading into a busy season. We can help assess the right tank sizes and placement for your operation.
For those using our home heating program, contracts are still available for the season running from September 1 through June 30. If you haven’t signed up yet or are unsure what’s best, let us walk you through your options.
Finally, if you know you’ll need a winter blend fuel, let us know now. We can place your tank on hold and ensure you receive the correct blend as soon as it’s needed.
We’re here to make your fall fuel planning simple and efficient. If you have questions or need to schedule a delivery, contact your Energy Account Manager today.
